1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the earlyfloww web platform, NFC Studio, Digital Card Creator, or dynamic QR routing endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use.
2. Dynamic Cards & Permanent URLs
earlyfloww provides users with 1 Free Dynamic Card and optional tiered subscription plans (Starter ₹57/mo, Pro ₹87/mo, Business ₹127/mo). You own the content you upload (photos, bio, contact details, menus). Permanent URL slugs (/c/[slug]) are assigned on a first-come, fair-use basis. Slugs impersonating protected brands or used for fraudulent purposes may be reclaimed.
3. Web NFC & Hardware Operations
Our Web NFC programmer uses standard W3C Web NFC specifications. You are responsible for ensuring tags you program are compatible (NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216, Mifare). earlyfloww is not liable for locked or password-protected third-party physical chips.
4. Prohibited Content & Abuse
Users may not create digital cards that host malware, phishing links, counterfeit products, defamatory materials, or engage in unauthorized bulk spam. Violations will result in immediate termination of card routing.
5. Account Termination & Data Export
You may export your vCard data or delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, public routing to your slug is terminated immediately.
